This is one of my favorite Neistat Brothers bike films: brothers riding a 1976 Schwinn bike and a Ducati motorcycle compete to see who can get to an intersection in downtown NYC first.

Sure, it is played for humor, but as a gal who has PASSED A LAMBORGHINI WHILE BIKING ON HER ROAD BIKE, I can tell you there is truth in this: it's not about the speed of the machine, it is about living in a city with lots of other people on the move. A Lamborhini (or a smoking hot Ducati) loses its advantage when the average street speed drops below 20 mph.
