The weekend after Christina's visit in Basel, I went to (cold and snowy) Luzern, and (thanks to the Spinner 360), broke my habit of appearing in photos only on holidays in an alarmingly big way.

My friend Christina came to Basel to visit me in March, and we had sunshine both days.

My friend Christina came to Basel to visit me in March, and we had sunshine both days.  I used my Lomo Spinner 360 to take photos as we explored town.

We are both camera-shy, but because the camera moves fast (it never really points at you), we took what is the biggest collection of photos I've ever taken of myself with anyone on any trip.

It was cold enough to snow while I was in lovely Lucerne, Switzerland in March, but I still had a good time sightseeing between storms - and when the sun came out during my last full day in town, I filled my pockets with film and ran back to the tourist district, while the other tourists were still defrosting indoors. :)
